& Pearl Manual Therapy Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT)

Dan Hinnershitz, PT, DPT, COMT, CMPT

Dr. Hinnershitz graduated from Lebanon Valle College with his Bachelor of Science in Health Science and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2010 and 2012 respectively.  Dan has practiced at Madden and Gilbert Physical Therapy in PA where his currently a partner and Clinical Director of their Dauphin office.  

In addition to formal training in manual therapy, including thrust joint manipulation in the Lebanon Valley College PT program, Dr. Hinnershitz was certified by NAIOMT as a Certified Manual Physical Therapist (CMPT) in 2017 and Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) in 2019.  He is currently enrolled in a NAIOMT fellowship program.  

Dr. Hinnershitz teaches manual therapy for Pearl Institute of Manual Therapy, Breakthrough Manual Therapy, and in the Lebanon Valley College Physical Therapy program including HVLAT and in their elective manual therapy course.  

Jan Grove, PT, DPT, CMPT

Dr. Grove graduated from Lebanon Valle College with his Bachelor of Science in Health Science and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2015 and 2017 respectively.  Jan has practice at Madden and Gilbert Physical Therapy in PA where she is currently the Clinical Director of their Hershey office.  

In addition to formal training in manual therapy at the Lebanon Valley College PT program, Dr. Grove is certified by NAIOMT as a Certified Manual Physical Therapist.  She has adapted many variations of manual therapy techniques to minimize body stress and maximize results even as a small-statured woman.  Dr. Grove is passionated about teaching manual therapy interventions and empowering women to perform manual therapy.   

Dr. Grove teaches manual therapy for Pearl Institute of Manual Therapy, Breakthrough Manual Therapy, and in the Lebanon Valley College Physical Therapy program including HVLAT and in their elective manual therapy course.   

Pearl Institue of Manual Therapy, LLC

The Pearl Institute of Manual Therapy was Founded in 2014 by Michael Fink, PT, D.Sc, OCS, SCS, and Joe Hribrick, PT, DPT, COMT, CMPT. 

 

Dr. Fink is the Lebanon Valley College PT Program Chair, practices at Madden and Gilbert PT, and in addition to teaching manual therapy for Pearl Institute of Manual Therapy and Breakthrough Manual Therapy, is active with Pearl Clinical Education, LLC. 

Dr. Hribick is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Physical Therapy in the Lebanon Valley College Program and a partner at Madden and Gilbert Physical Therapy.
